We held a training session in collaboration with the National Association of Importers and Exporters of the Mexican Republic (ANIERM), aimed at professionals involved in international trade.
During the session, Fernanda Sendra and Gaspar Hernández shared real-life cases involving theft, damage, and other incidents that may affect an operation. Based on these examples, they provided recommendations on how to respond to these situations, which documentation is essential, and what decisions can help reduce their impact.
The activity provided an opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge aimed at strengthening risk prevention and management in international operations.
